Carbon is the atom of life, present in all living beings, from the smallest blade of grass to the largest mammals (marine), it is the foundation of the building blocks of life.

Forged carbon is a recyclable, environmentally friendly composite material made from carbon fibres and epoxy resin, produced using FIP (Forming in Place) technology.

Pieces of carbon fibre are placed in a mould and impregnated with resin. The mould is then cured in a high-pressure and high-temperature autoclave. The result is a material with a unique, marbled pattern, due to the random distribution of the carbon fibres.

Density / Resistance

Forged carbon is 5 times lighter than steel and 3 to 4 times lighter than titanium, and very strong*; these remarkable properties make it one of the preferred materials in industries such as aerospace and automotive.
