Upcycled materials, Portuguese craftsmanship This vegan sneaker is handcrafted in a family workshop in Vizela, Portugal. The main material of the upper, made from pesticide-free grown cereals, comprises 73% -PU and 27% recycled polyester. The logo and the sole incorporate particles from used tennis balls collected from partner clubs in Portugal. The outsole contains 40% recycled synthetic rubber. Flexibility and comfort inside The Strobel construction adds flexibility. Inside, an 80% recycled cotton and 20% polyester lining accompanies a removable insole made from 100% recycled foam. The laces are made from 100% recycled cotton for a secure fit. A vegan adhesive based on resin is used for assembly.
